Have you been wanting to improve your cooking skills and learn new recipes?

Join SASGov and GSEG at the Hudson Table on January 21st, from 12 to 3 pm, in a private hands-on class where you’ll be grouped into four teams. It will be two hours of cooking and one hour of dining. The menu is Spanish Tapas, featuring:

Manchego Cheese with Membrillo

Jamon Serrano with Tomato Bread

Ham and Cheese Croquettes

Gambas al Ajillo (Spanish Garlic Shrimp)

Baked Mussels (Mejillones)

Beverages include Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, and sparkling and still water.
